For non-emergency calls, usually within a week. Emergencies — a gas leak, a chimney fire — get same-day attention.

Always. On real paper, signed by the person doing the work. We never quote over the phone for jobs we haven't seen.
Are quotes really free?
Yes. No service-call fee for an estimate within our service area. Travel beyond 25 miles, we'll let you know up front.
What's your guarantee?
